Where is the Seiser Alm / Alpe di Siusi? The Seiser Alm / Alpe di Siusi is in the Alps of Italy and is the largest high-elevation alpine pasture in Europe. The 56 km² high plateau is located in the Sciliar area, in the Dolomites in Italy, mountains of the province of Bolzano in northern Italy and is surrounded by the peaks of the Sciliar, Sassolungo and Sassopiatto. The main villages are Alpe de Siusi, Castelrotto, Siusi allo Sciliar, Tires al Catinaccio and Fiè allo Sciliar.

In the surrounding villages such as Seiser Alm, Kastelruth> / Castelrotto, Seis am Schlern / Siusi allo Sciliar, Völs am Schlern / Fiè allo Sciliar and Tiers am Rosengarten / Tires al Catinaccio, visitors can experience South Tyrolean culture up close, with traditional festivals, regional cuisine, and a warm atmosphere.
The Alpe di Siusi and Altopiano dello Sciliar region are easily accessible by car via the A22 Brennero motorway. There are also good train connections to Bolzano or Brixen as well as shuttle services directly to the alpine pasture.
