The tourist resort of Arabba is located on the south east area of the Dolomites, in the province of Belluno (Alps, Italy) at the foot of the Sella massif. This area is also part of the Sella Ronda and includes 63 km of ski runs and 28 ski lifts resulting in a ski area of great interest. The other tourist area of great interest is the Marmolada, with the “Marmolada glacier” (3342 m) also known as the Queen of the Dolomites. At the foot of this glacier is Malga Ciapela, Val Pettorina - Rocca Pietore. This glacier is part of the Dolomiti Superski area. The Marmolada can be reached by using different ski lifts and ski slopes (ski tracks and situation permitting).
